Description
KSA Integration, a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business, is seeking certified Registered Nurse Case Managers (NCMs) to support the U.S. Army Reserve Command (USARC) Psychological Health Program (PHP). The NCMs will conduct clinical case management assessments, develop individualized care coordination plans, coordinate referrals across various healthcare systems, and provide health promotion education. They will also consult with Commanders on Soldier health issues, participate in critical incident response, plan regional case management meetings, and maintain accurate case records.
