Paradigm is seeking a full-time Nurse Case Manager to develop and implement rehabilitation plans for injured workers in the Minneapolis/St. Paul area. The role involves independent consultation, working with various stakeholders like the injured individual, examiners, employers, and medical providers. Responsibilities include accepting referrals, counseling consumers, establishing communication, completing reports, ensuring rehabilitation plan implementation, and assisting the sales/marketing team. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and communication skills, technology proficiency, and a desire to help others.
