Description
The Nurse Coordinator provides skilled community and home-care nursing services to patients with chronic or acute conditions, including vital-sign monitoring, medication administration, wound care, pain management, education, and caregiver support. The role also coordinates patient-support programs, liaises with hospitals, pharmacies, distributors, and program managers, maintains electronic patient and quality-assurance records, and manages part-time nurses. It is a full-time, field-based position in Mecca, Saudi Arabia, requiring a nursing degree, at least two years of healthcare experience, KSA nursing licensure, and English proficiency.
