Description
The Nurse Coordinator (Oman) / Patient Support Program Nurse (Oman) provides comprehensive nursing care in a community setting, assisting patients with chronic diseases to achieve optimum health. The role involves managing and delivering effective nursing care to individuals and families, adhering to Axios International policies and established nursing standards. Duties include telephonic consultations, monitoring vital signs and blood glucose, medication management, pain management support, education, wound care, and general nursing. The nurse is also responsible for reporting adverse events, maintaining patient files, and collaborating with various stakeholders in patient support programs.
