TriHealth is hiring a full-time Nurse Educator– MSICU/PCU in Bethesda North Hospital, Montgomery, Ohio. The role combines registered nurse clinical expertise with nursing staff development, including orientation, competency assessment, educational program design and evaluation, mentoring, quality improvement, and participation in organizational nursing initiatives. Candidates must hold an MSN or a related master's degree with a BSN, have 3–4 years of acute-care or related clinical nursing experience, 2–3 years of professional nursing experience with formal staff educator or staff development responsibilities, and hold RN specialty certification within two years.
