Description
The Nurse Liaison provides eight hours per week of support to RCFE programs and CalAIM staff, serving as a clinical content expert, care-management consultant, discharge and utilization-review resource, training provider, and quality-improvement partner. The role requires a California Registered Nurse license, at least two years of experience working with disabled or older adults, training and education experience, computer literacy, and strong communication and problem-solving skills; experience with mental health, substance abuse, health plans, or SNF/hospital settings is preferred. Compensation is $53 to $56 per hour.
