Description
The Paramedic provides primary healthcare and emergency medical care in a demanding remote or austere environment, including maintaining medical records, managing equipment and medications, assessing and stabilizing critically ill or injured patients, coordinating with physicians and health teams, supporting MEDEVAC transfers, and delivering health promotion and education. The role requires an accepted international paramedic or general nursing qualification, current registration in the country of origin, at least three years of post-qualification experience, ACLS or equivalent, strong communication and IT skills, and the ability to work autonomously under high-stress conditions.
