CURE Niger Hospital is seeking a Nurse Manager to lead the nursing department in a pediatric surgical hospital. The role oversees staffing, budgeting, recruitment, clinical standards, quality improvement, patient safety, infection prevention, regulatory compliance, and nursing leadership development. It requires a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, an unrestricted current license, French and English fluency, Microsoft Office, Zoom, and EMR experience, at least five years of post-education experience including two years in pediatric nursing, and cross-cultural experience. A Master's degree in Nursing Administration or Healthcare Management, quality-management certification, clinical policy experience, and American NGO experience are preferred.
