The Nurse Manager is a dedicated leader responsible for ensuring high-quality nursing care that complies with all federal, state, and local regulations. This role involves 24/7 accountability for assigned units, managing daily operations, fostering interprofessional collaboration, executing policies and procedures, overseeing financial management, developing strategic projects, supporting growth initiatives, and enhancing both patient and staff experiences. The Nurse Manager also assesses, plans, implements, monitors, and evaluates nursing practices and the care delivery system, directly supervising front-line staff.
