Clarendale of Algonquin is recruiting a hospitality-focused Nurse Manager to provide direct nursing care to residents and supervise Licensed Nurses and Caregivers. The role includes medication administration, treatments and procedures, specimen collection, documentation, resident care planning, staff scheduling, regulatory compliance, and reporting to the Director of Health Services. Applicants need a minimum LPN/LVN nursing degree and at least one year of nursing experience in assisted living, with memory care experience preferred. The schedule is Monday through Friday with weekends as needed, and pay is $85,000-$90,000 depending on qualifications.
