Description
The Nurse Manager leads a team of nurses and nurse support staff, provides clinical care to clients, coaches and mentors staff, manages performance and training, coordinates care with medical and psychiatric providers and families, supports crisis prevention and milieu management, and fills staffing gaps as needed.
