The role oversees patient care, staffing, regulatory compliance, quality improvement, budgeting, policy review, incident reporting, and nursing staff supervision, while also participating in recruitment, training, and program development. Candidates need five to eight years of direct care experience in a behavioral health or substance use disorder setting, two to five years of supervisory experience preferred, and a current unrestricted Massachusetts Registered Nurse license.
