Birmingham Green is hiring a full-time Nurse Manager (RN) for a day shift in Manassas, Virginia to lead nursing services for seniors in a long-term care/community setting. The role oversees nursing staff, care planning, admissions, compliance, staffing, family and physician communication, and on-call nursing administration responsibilities. The position requires an active Virginia RN license, CPR and IV therapy certifications, three years of long-term care experience, and preferred supervisory and dementia care experience, along with strong leadership, documentation, and computer skills.
