Description
The Nurse Manager, RN is responsible for managing and leading a nursing unit, supervising RNs, LPNs, and CNAs, developing and monitoring resident care plans, administering medications, maintaining documentation, and ensuring compliance with facility, state, and federal regulations. The role requires current Minnesota Registered Nurse registration, BLS and emergency-care certification, healthcare or skilled-nursing experience, and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing.
