Description
The GW Medical Faculty Associates is hiring a Nurse Navigator to provide advanced nursing care for individual or group patients with less predictable problems. The role assesses patients, develops nursing plans and goals, documents progress, collaborates with physicians and other healthcare professionals, provides patient education, assists with procedures and treatments, and maintains nursing records. An Associate's degree in Nursing or equivalent training and experience, plus current D.C. Registered Nurse licensure or evidence of application and current out-of-state licensure, are required.
