The GW Medical Faculty Associates is hiring a Nurse Navigator to provide nursing care and leadership for patients with less predictable problems, primarily supporting Renal Medicine and Pulmonary Medicine. The role assesses patients, develops nursing plans, documents progress, collaborates with physicians and other healthcare professionals, provides education, assists with procedures and treatments, and maintains nursing records. An Associate's degree in Nursing or equivalent training and experience, plus current D.C. Registered Nurse licensure or evidence of application and current out-of-state licensure, are required.
