Excelsia Injury Care is hiring a Nurse Practitioner to examine, evaluate, and treat patients with podiatric concerns and complex wound management in a multidisciplinary clinical setting. The role includes patient interviews, physical examinations, diagnostic and laboratory testing, documentation, care coordination, and participation in quality-improvement meetings. Applicants must hold a master's degree or higher with completion of a Nurse Practitioner Program and be registered with the Utah Board of Nursing and certified as a Nurse Practitioner; orthopedic and neuro experience is a plus.
