Description
Daymark Health is hiring a Nurse Practitioner to provide direct oncology patient care in Los Angeles through home visits and virtual platforms. The role includes assessments, medication orders, documentation, triage, symptom and palliative care, survivorship and end-of-life support, and collaboration with clinical operations and oncology practices. Candidates must be an active NP or PA with at least four years of direct clinical experience, including oncology, home care, palliative care, hospice, or primary care experience, and must be able to work in person in Los Angeles on a full-time, four-days-per-week schedule.
