Description
Alteas Health is seeking a part-time Nurse Practitioner to provide specialty Cardiology or Pulmonology care in the Greater Cleveland Area across Skilled Nursing, Long-Term Care, and Post-Acute Care facilities. The role involves evaluating and managing cardiovascular or pulmonary conditions, developing treatment plans, ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, prescribing medications, educating patients and caregivers, coordinating care, documenting clinically, and rounding at assigned facilities. The position offers a full-time Monday-through-Friday daytime schedule with no regularly scheduled weekends or traditional on-call responsibilities, with providers working 3–4 days per week and expected to travel daily throughout the assigned territory.
