Description
Boulder Care is hiring an experienced Nurse Practitioner for a 100% remote, full-time W2 outpatient role focused on medication for opioid use disorder (MOUD). The clinician will independently initiate and manage buprenorphine treatment within a team-supported, harm-reduction-based digital addiction medicine model. Candidates must hold an active NP license in one of the listed U.S. states, have at least 6 months of independent outpatient experience regularly prescribing buprenorphine-based medications, and be able to work 30–40 hours per week.
