Description
Boulder Care is hiring experienced Nurse Practitioners to provide fully remote, outpatient medication treatment for opioid use disorder within a harm-reduction, team-supported model. The role is a full-time W2 position with 30–40 hours per week, fixed weekday schedules, and requires an active NP license in one of several approved states plus at least 6 months of independent outpatient experience regularly prescribing buprenorphine-based medications, including initiation of care. Compensation is $125,000–$140,000 annually for 1.0 FTE, with pro-rated pay for reduced hours, benefits including health, dental, vision, paid time off, parental leave, and fully covered licensure/credentialing costs.
