Christ Community Health Services is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to provide comprehensive primary medical care to ambulatory patients in collaboration with health center physicians. The role includes patient assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, prescriptions, referrals, procedures, follow-up, quality improvement, and student training. Candidates must have an RN with a master's or nursing doctorate, or a relevant physician assistant degree, plus appropriate certification and Tennessee medical licensure.
