Community Medical Services is hiring immediately a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide outpatient medication-assisted treatment for patients recovering from opioid and other illicit substance use disorders. The role includes physical examinations, medical assessments, prescribing and managing methadone treatment plans, case management, clinical documentation, referrals, patient education, and collaboration with the Medical Director. The position offers a Monday-Friday 6am-230pm schedule, $76-$84 per hour, and benefits for full-time employees.
