Description
Community Medical Services is hiring a full-time Nurse Practitioner to provide outpatient medication-assisted treatment for patients recovering from opioid and other substance use disorders. The role includes physical examinations, assessments, prescribing and managing methadone treatment plans, case management, clinical documentation, referrals, patient education, and collaboration with the Medical Director. The schedule is Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with in-person training at the Cactus clinic during the first month followed by fully remote work. The position requires Nurse Practitioner licensure, an unrestricted DEA license, CPR and First Aid certification, electronic medical record experience, and the ability to complete a fingerprint clearance and tuberculosis test.
