Daymark Health is hiring a Nurse Practitioner to provide direct oncology patient care in patients’ homes and through virtual platforms in Grand Rapids, Michigan. The role includes assessments, medication orders, documentation, triage, symptom and palliative care, survivorship and end-of-life support, and collaboration with oncology practices and clinical operations. Candidates must be an active NP or PA with at least four years of direct clinical experience and oncology, home care, palliative care, hospice, or primary care experience; the position is full-time, four days per week, and pays $140,000 to $170,000 annually.
