DOCS Health is hiring Nurse Practitioners as independent contractors to provide health readiness services to U.S. military service members. The role primarily works weekends, with occasional weekday work under the Reserve Health Readiness Program, and involves physical health assessments, medical-record review, interviews, identification of urgent concerns, and documentation of readiness classifications. The position requires an active Nurse Practitioner license in the relevant state, CPR/BLS certification, adaptability to high-volume environments, and availability to travel to various locations, including remote military installations; primary-care, urgent-care, occupational-health, mobile-medical, military-systems, and weekend-travel experience are preferred. The role does not require diagnosing, treating, or prescribing medications.
