DOCS Health is hiring Nurse Practitioners as independent contractors to provide health-readiness services to U.S. military service members and their reserves. The role primarily works weekends, with occasional weekday work under the Reserve Health Readiness Program in Washington, and may involve remote military installations and travel. Responsibilities include supporting physical health assessments, reviewing medical records and questionnaires, interviewing service members, identifying urgent concerns including behavioral health, and documenting readiness classifications. The position requires an active Nurse Practitioner license, CPR/BLS certification, adaptability to high-volume environments, and extended-hour availability; primary-care, urgent-care, occupational-health, mobile-medical, military-systems, and travel experience are preferred.
