DOCS Health is hiring Nurse Practitioners as independent contractors to provide health readiness services to U.S. military service members. The role primarily works weekends, with occasional weekday work under the Reserve Health Readiness Program in Maryland, and may involve remote military installations. Responsibilities include supporting physical health assessments, reviewing medical records and questionnaires, interviewing service members, identifying urgent concerns including behavioral health, and documenting readiness classifications. The position requires an active Nurse Practitioner license, CPR/BLS certification, adaptability to high-volume environments, and availability for extended hours and travel; primary care, urgent care, occupational health, mobile medical services, military systems, and weekend travel experience are preferred.
