DOCS Health is hiring Nurse Practitioners as independent contractors to provide health readiness services to U.S. military service members in Texas. The role primarily works weekends, with occasional weekday work under the Reserve Health Readiness Program, and involves physical health assessments, medical-record review, interviews, behavioral-health screening, and documentation of readiness classifications. An active NP license, CPR/BLS certification, and adaptability to high-volume, extended-hour work are required; primary-care, urgent-care, occupational-health, mobile-medical, military-systems, and travel experience are preferred. The position does not require diagnosing, treating, or prescribing medications.
