Description
Harmony Hospice is seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner to provide advanced clinical care, symptom management, and collaborative medical leadership for hospice patients and their families. Responsibilities include evaluating diagnoses, managing symptoms, conducting patient assessments, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, and educating patients and families. The role requires a Master's degree, current RN license, DEA and BLS/CPR certifications, and at least one year of experience in both nurse practitioner and hospice/palliative care.
