Description
Healing Partners is hiring a full-time Wound Care Nurse Practitioner to plan, direct, and evaluate resident and employee health care across multiple skilled nursing facilities. The role involves examining and treating wounds, interpreting diagnostic tests, prescribing, performing bedside procedures and wound debridement, coordinating with physicians and the medical director, and educating patients and primary care providers. The position requires travel to facilities, a day-shift Monday-to-Friday schedule, and includes medical, dental, vision, and other benefits.
