Conviva Primary Care is hiring a full-time Nurse Practitioner for its clinic in Pompano East, Florida. The role provides comprehensive primary care to adult and geriatric patients, manages chronic conditions, performs physical exams, orders and interprets diagnostic tests, develops treatment plans, coordinates with care teams, maintains EMR documentation, and supports quality and population-health initiatives. The position requires an active unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license, AANP or ANCC certification, DEA licensure or ability to obtain it, at least two years of experience, Medicare Advantage panel experience, knowledge of Medicare and HEDIS, and fluency in Creole and English. The schedule is Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with 40 hours per week and a starting base pay range of $123,800 to $170,300 per year.
