Description
The Nurse Practitioner provides advanced clinical care for patients with acute and chronic conditions, including diagnosis, treatment, medication prescribing, and health promotion. The role is patient-facing and part of Humana/Senior Bridge’s Tuberculosis screening program, requires independent judgment and minimal supervision, and includes limited on-call coverage by phone. Applicants need a bachelor’s degree, at least eight years of technical experience, at least two years of project leadership experience, and an active unrestricted Nurse Practitioner or PA license in the appropriate state; a master’s degree in nursing or PA is preferred. The position offers 40 scheduled weekly hours and a starting base pay range of $123,800 to $170,300 per year, with eligibility for a performance-based bonus.
