Description
The Johns Hopkins University Department of Medicine, Division of General Internal Medicine is hiring a Nurse Practitioner for an outpatient medicine clinic role at the Johns Hopkins Outpatient Center Medical Clinic. The NP will co-manage a small panel of high-risk adult primary care patients, provide comprehensive and episodic care, coordinate interdisciplinary care, support post-discharge follow-up, document in the EMR, and participate in weekly high-risk rounds and collaboration with clinic leadership. The role is onsite in the School of Medicine Campus and requires Maryland licensure, national certification, CPR, CDS/DEA licensure, HIPAA and EPIC training, and a Master's in Nursing, with at least three years of related clinical NP experience preferred.
