Description
Nest Health is hiring a full-time Nurse Practitioner to provide whole-family primary, acute, chronic, and pediatric care in family homes and through telehealth and virtual care. The role manages care panels, coordinates with an interdisciplinary clinical team, prescribes and reconciles medications, orders diagnostic tests, provides education and advocacy, and participates in outreach. Candidates must complete an accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner program, hold an active unrestricted Louisiana license, have at least two years of pediatric and adult clinical experience, maintain BLS certification, and be available for a rotating call schedule. The position requires reliable transportation, a driver’s license, a car, auto insurance, and the ability to carry portable healthcare supplies.
