Premise Health is hiring a full-time Nurse Practitioner to provide ambulatory care to client employees at its Health Center in Winchester, Virginia. The role includes physical exams, preventive care, procedures, patient care planning, diagnostic testing, treatment prescribing, referrals, documentation, and nursing staff education. The schedule is Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with no on-call or weekend duties. Applicants must hold RN and Nurse Practitioner licenses, prescriptive authority and DEA credentials where applicable, ANCC or AANP certification, a master’s degree in science of nursing, and at least three years of clinical Nurse Practitioner experience. The position offers medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and other benefits, with annual compensation of $109,600 to $137,000.
