Restore is hiring a Nurse Practitioner to provide autonomous, evidence-based wellness care, including weight-management assessment and counseling, IV drip therapy, intramuscular injections, mild hyperbaric oxygen therapy, blood testing, and electronic medical record documentation. The role also involves client referrals, community outreach, store support, and team leadership. Candidates must hold a master’s or doctorate, have at least one year of full-time NP experience, board certification, strong IV skills, South Carolina licensure, and current credentials; functional medicine or holistic experience is preferred.
