Restore is hiring a full-time Nurse Practitioner in Charleston, South Carolina to provide evidence-based wellness care, manage weight-management programs, assess and prescribe treatments, administer IV drip therapy and intramuscular injections, prescribe mild hyperbaric oxygen therapy, review diagnostic tests, maintain medical records, and support store and community services. The role requires a master’s or doctorate degree, at least two years of full-time NP experience, board certification, South Carolina licensure, strong communication and IV skills, and the ability to work autonomously and lead a team.
