Restore is hiring a full-time Nurse Practitioner in Mount Pleasant, South Carolina, to provide evidence-based wellness care, manage weight-management programs, assess and prescribe treatments, administer IV drip therapy and intramuscular injections, prescribe mild hyperbaric oxygen therapy, review diagnostic tests, maintain medical records, and support client services and community outreach. The role requires a master’s or doctorate degree, at least two years of full-time Nurse Practitioner experience, board certification, South Carolina licensure, strong communication and IV skills, and the ability to work autonomously and lead a team.
