Description
Sutter Health is hiring a full-time Nurse Practitioner for PAMF-Palo Alto Medical Foundation MPD. The role assesses, diagnoses, plans, implements, and evaluates patient care in collaboration with physicians, performs examinations and diagnostic assessments, manages individualized care plans, provides patient and family education, documents in the electronic health record, delegates appropriately, and supports safety and process improvement. The position works Monday through Friday on day shifts, with weekends as needed, and requires at least one year of Nurse Practitioner experience; inpatient or ambulatory experience and cardiology experience are preferred.
