KOPA, Inc. is hiring a Nurse Practitioner for its Avante at Ormond Beach facility. The role provides primary, acute, and chronic care to residents, including examinations, diagnosis, treatment planning, medication prescribing, patient education, recordkeeping, and clinical oversight. The Nurse Practitioner will also supervise and mentor other Nurse Practitioners, lead team meetings, support onboarding and performance development, coordinate with facility leadership, and assist with workflows and protocols. The position requires at least one year of supervisory experience, expertise in primary, acute, and chronic care, a valid Nurse Practitioner license, and AHCA background screening.
