KOPA, Inc. is hiring a Nurse Practitioner to provide primary, acute, chronic, and infectious disease care for residents at Avante at Leesburg, a skilled nursing facility serving individuals with specialized infection-control needs. The role includes patient assessment and diagnosis, ordering and interpreting tests, prescribing medications, education and prevention, and maintaining clinical records. It also has supervisory and leadership responsibilities, including mentoring nurse practitioners, reviewing documentation, leading meetings, onboarding staff, monitoring performance, coordinating with facility leadership, refining workflows, and providing coverage at other Florida facilities when needed.
