Nurse Practitioner at visiting-docs

Compassionate Nurse Practitioner role providing patient-centered primary care to residents in assisted living communities in Queens, New York. The position is part-time, on-site only, with no nights or weekends, offering $60,000–$120,000 per year depending on experience and hours, and allows W2 or 1099 compensation. Candidates need a Master’s degree in Nursing, an active New York State NP license, DEA registration, Medicare/Medicaid billing eligibility, and at least 3 years of clinical experience, with geriatric or long-term care experience preferred. Duties include health assessments, care planning, chronic and acute condition management, labs and diagnostics, medication prescribing, resident/family education, documentation in eClinicalWorks, and quality improvement work.
