Wellbridge is hiring a full-time Nurse Practitioner for an on-site addiction-care role with a 12-hour shift plus an additional 8-hour shift every other week. The position provides assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for patients; develops personalized treatment plans; collaborates with interdisciplinary, research, advocacy, residential, and legal teams; supports program improvement and innovation; and manages assigned staff. The role requires a master's degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner Program, New York State Registered Nurse Practitioner licensure, DEA certification, and BLS certification, with addiction-treatment and data-driven process-improvement experience preferred.
