Description
The Greater Lawrence Family Health Center is seeking a bi-lingual Clinician Nurse Practitioner to provide patient-centered care in a multi-site family health setting. Reporting to the Medical Director, the role assesses patients, manages chronic and acute conditions, reviews abnormal lab values, coordinates referrals and multidisciplinary care, provides patient and family education, and documents care. The position requires at least two years of recent Nurse Practitioner experience, Massachusetts licensure, teamwork, willingness to teach, and Spanish-English bilingual ability; travel between sites may be required.
