Description
Mass General Brigham is hiring a full-time Nurse Practitioner for its Compass Plus program, which provides coordinated care to approximately 120 patients in the Northern Massachusetts region. The role is primarily remote with regular travel to patients' homes, primary care offices, and community-based settings, and includes field-based onboarding, monthly in-person team meetings, and occasional training. The Nurse Practitioner will assess and manage medical and surgical patients, perform histories and physical examinations, order and interpret diagnostic tests, develop care plans, document care, perform bedside procedures, and prescribe medications. The position requires a master's degree in nursing, an APRN-NP state license, and at least two years of licensed nurse practitioner experience, with a minimum of three years of independent community-based practice experience. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, with no nights, weekends, or on-call responsibilities, and the annual pay range is $135,720 to $173,867.20.
