LanceSoft is hiring a full-time, onsite Nurse Practitioner in Hoschton, Georgia, reporting to the practice manager and collaborating with a clinical care team. The role provides primary and family care, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, health counseling, chronic disease management, screenings, behavioral health and wellness, and disposition planning, while also handling clinic administration, appointments, insurance verification, and payment collection. Candidates need at least one year of recent primary care Nurse Practitioner experience, a master's-level Family Nurse Practitioner program, current National Board Certification, and a state license to practice in the Advanced Practice Nurse role.
