Description
The Advanced Practice Provider role is a full-time, Monday-Friday day-shift position at the Sheridan and Wisconsin site locations. The provider reports to the Site Medical Director and collaborating physician, delivers nursing and medical services, assesses and treats patients, orders diagnostic tests, prescribes therapies, educates patients and families, maintains records, and participates in quality assurance and peer review. The role requires 1–2 years of Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant experience, an accredited program, current state licensure, a current DEA license, and the ability to provide age-appropriate patient care. The annual salary is $110,000–$125,000, with paid time off, a 4% 401(k) employer match, health benefits beginning on day one, and CME time and funds.
