Description
Nest Health is hiring a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide whole-family primary, acute, chronic, and pediatric care in mobile and community facility settings, with possible periodic home visits. The role manages family panels, coordinates care, prescribes and reconciles medications, orders diagnostic tests, provides education and advocacy, and participates in outreach. Candidates must complete an accredited NP or PA program, hold an active unrestricted Louisiana license, have at least two years of pediatric and adult clinical experience, maintain BLS certification, and work a four-day, ten-hour week with rotating call.
