Senior PsychCare is hiring a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide collaborative behavioral health care to nursing home and assisted living residents in Sallisaw, Holdenville, Warner, Oklahoma, and surrounding areas. The role includes cognitive and emotional assessments, treatment-plan management, psychotropic medication management, geriatric mental health care, team collaboration, telehealth, and EHR documentation. Applicants must be licensed in Oklahoma, have psychiatric or mental health experience, and hold a valid driver’s license; geriatric experience and Spanish bilingual ability are preferred. The position offers full-time or part-time schedules, up to $160,000 per year, a signing bonus, and medical, dental, and vision benefits.
